      樂化集團董事(shi)長(chang)沈孝業(ye),不但(dan)是山東省(sheng)優秀共產黨員(yuan)、省(sheng)勞動模范,還是縣(xian)市省(sheng)三級人(ren)大代(dai)表。
  沈孝業(ye)觀察到:下(xia)地(di)干(gan)農活的(de)老人(ren)(ren),有些快80歲(sui)了,精神頭很足;有些剛60歲(sui)出(chu)頭,但精神差多了。 他(ta)們的(de)差別,主要不在身體狀況,而是(shi)因為(wei)高齡老人(ren)(ren)是(shi)從企業(ye)退休(xiu)的(de),本(ben)就有一份養老金(jin),下(xia)地(di)干(gan)活是(shi)圖個(ge)樂(le)子(zi);低齡老人(ren)(ren)則當了一輩子(zi)農民,種(zhong)地(di)是(shi)為(wei)了生存,也(ye)就多了點艱辛。
  遐(xia)想將來,沈孝業(ye)(ye)兀然(ran)自(zi)警:自(zi)己(ji)將來年邁(mai),廠里(li)的(de)(de)職工(gong)(gong)也(ye)有(you)年邁(mai)時。真(zhen)到了(le)那一天,千萬不可出現(xian)自(zi)己(ji)或少(shao)部(bu)分(fen)職工(gong)(gong)生活(huo)有(you)保障、廣大(da)職工(gong)(gong)難以安享晚年的(de)(de)一幕。為了(le)現(xian)在、將來他能坦然(ran)面(mian)對自(zi)己(ji)企業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)所(suo)有(you)職工(gong)(gong),他認準(zhun)了(le)一個理:對職工(gong)(gong)要(yao)一視同仁,要(yao)處理好企業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)眼(yan)前利益和長(chang)遠(yuan)利益的(de)(de)關系(xi),從訂立勞(lao)動(dong)合同到參(can)保繳費(fei),一切(qie)國家(jia)法律規定(ding)的(de)(de)事,都(dou)要(yao)認真(zhen)執行。

  被人(ren)們譽為山(shan)東省(sheng)昌樂(le)(le)縣民(min)營經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)領頭(tou)雁的樂(le)(le)化(hua)漆業(ye)股(gu)份有(you)(you)限公司(si)(si)(si),是樂(le)(le)化(hua)集(ji)團下屬的一家擬上市(shi)公司(si)(si)(si)。該公司(si)(si)(si)擁(yong)有(you)(you)總資產(chan)2.1億元,職(zhi)工800余(yu)人(ren)。多(duo)年(nian)來(lai),樂(le)(le)化(hua)漆業(ye)股(gu)份有(you)(you)限公司(si)(si)(si)堅持以(yi)現(xian)代化(hua)的管理理念運作(zuo)(zuo)經(jing)(jing)營,注重以(yi)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益和社會效(xiao)益同(tong)步增(zeng)長。在(zai)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益逐年(nian)提高,年(nian)利稅實現(xian)3000余(yu)萬元的基礎上,公司(si)(si)(si)積極發展職(zhi)工保(bao)險福利事業(ye)。在(zai)為不少老(lao)職(zhi)工參加社會保(bao)險多(duo)年(nian)后,今年(nian)起,又為600多(duo)名(ming)農民(min)工辦理了養老(lao)、工傷、失業(ye)、醫療四(si)項保(bao)險手續,為此年(nian)增(zeng)繳社會保(bao)險費150萬元。該企業(ye)的行為,為全(quan)縣經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)和社會保(bao)障事業(ye)的發展起到了很好(hao)的示范(fan)帶動作(zuo)(zuo)用。
  作為(wei)(wei)民(min)(min)營企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye),山東樂化漆業(ye)(ye)(ye)股份(fen)有(you)(you)限公(gong)司用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)多為(wei)(wei)年(nian)輕的(de)(de)(de)(de)農民(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。由于(yu)受(shou)環境(jing)和自身素質影響(xiang),他們不(bu)(bu)僅缺少對勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同、社會保(bao)險等(deng)法規政策的(de)(de)(de)(de)了(le)解,還普遍認(ren)為(wei)(wei):現在年(nian)輕,投不(bu)(bu)投保(bao)無所謂(wei),只要工(gong)(gong)(gong)資高(gao)就行。按一般經營者的(de)(de)(de)(de)觀念(nian),既然職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)不(bu)(bu)愿參保(bao),也(ye)(ye)就順(shun)水推舟算了(le)。但(dan)是,該公(gong)司老總沈孝業(ye)(ye)(ye)卻認(ren)為(wei)(wei):“不(bu)(bu)為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦理(li)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同和社會保(bao)險,既是對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)合法權益(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)侵害,對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)未來不(bu)(bu)負責任,也(ye)(ye)是對企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye) 的(de)(de)(de)(de)健康發(fa)展(zhan)設(she)置(zhi)障礙(ai)。”他曾(ceng)在股東大會上說(shuo):“我(wo)(wo)(wo)們要正確(que)處理(li)好眼(yan)前(qian)利(li)益(yi)與長遠利(li)益(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關系(xi),現在不(bu)(bu)為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)參保(bao)繳費(fei),看似節省了(le)資金,但(dan)將來職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)老有(you)(you)所養(yang)、病有(you)(you)所醫(yi)等(deng)問(wen)題會給我(wo)(wo)(wo)們企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)帶來沉重的(de)(de)(de)(de)包袱。從另(ling)一角(jiao)度說(shuo),為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)參保(bao)繳費(fei),能增(zeng)強職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)干事業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極性,激發(fa)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)活力(li),理(li)順(shun)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理(li)關系(xi)。再(zai)說(shuo),職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)將我(wo)(wo)(wo)們企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)當作衣食之本,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們也(ye)(ye)得為(wei)(wei)他們負起這份(fen)責任啊!”

  采(cai)訪(fang)中,記者還(huan)了解到,對企(qi)業(ye)“強制”職工(gong)參加社(she)(she)會保險的(de)(de)舉措,也有個(ge)別人(ren)(ren)不(bu)能接受,因為(wei)(wei)參保后(hou)個(ge)人(ren)(ren)需繳納(na)部(bu)分(fen)社(she)(she)保費,表(biao)面看收(shou)有所降低。他(ta)們(men)竟然為(wei)(wei)此離開了該(gai)企(qi)業(ye)。沈孝業(ye)在(zai)為(wei)(wei)他(ta)們(men)惋惜之(zhi)余,堅定地表(biao)示:作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)有責任感(gan)的(de)(de)企(qi)業(ye)家,我們(men)必(bi)須既想(xiang)到職工(gong)的(de)(de)現(xian)在(zai),也考(kao)慮他(ta)們(men)的(de)(de)未(wei)來。參加社(she)(she)會保險對職工(gong)、對企(qi)業(ye)都是有好(hao)處的(de)(de),無論如何,我們(men)要(yao)堅持這(zhe)么做。他(ta)還(huan)說:“作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)人(ren)(ren)大代表(biao),我要(yao)建議政府,采(cai)取更強硬手段,解決好(hao)民營企(qi)業(ye)和農(nong)民式參保問題,要(yao)將(jiang)所有類(lei)型企(qi)業(ye)、不(bu)同身份職工(gong)都納(na)入社(she)(she)會保障的(de)(de)覆(fu)蓋范圍。”
